Composition
Aqueous extract with additional moisturizing components.

Properties
The extract contains flavonoids, essential oils, gallic acid and different astringent substances (hamelitannin and ellagtannin) which have anti-inflammatory as well as mildy astringent and stimulating effects. The complex has a calming effect on irritated skin and supports the healing of superficial skin irritations.
Application
Additive for DMS base creams for the treatment of cracked, stressed and sensitive skin.
Local skin treatment by applying the pure concentrate.
Remarks
The concentrated active agent should be applied sparingly to the skin similar to dabbing in an ampoule product.
A combination with liposome and nanoparticle products usually increases the effectiveness as it improves the penetration of the substances.
