Composition
Avocado oil essentially contains triglycerides of the oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids. In addition, the oil has a high percentage of phytosterols as well as of the vitamins A, D and E. Because of the high content of phytosterols there may be sometimes precipitates which do not influence the quality of the product.
