Along with the influence of heat and humidity the enzymes penetrate between comedo plug and follicular wall and loosen or even partially dissolve the sebaceous and cornoid mixture. Enzyme peeling is recommended for the facial skin as well as other body parts as for example the chapped backs of the hand and areas of bad skin on the back.Application  One application requires between six and ten grams of mask powder. By adding water the powder is mixed into an easily spreading paste. With a spatula or a brush the mixture can be applied abundantly on the face, neck and the low neckline (decolleté) and even shortly massaged into the skin.
